man who failed in an application to change its name to Aleesha Farhana, Mohd Ashraf Hafiz Abdul Aziz died 5am this morning while being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital by heart attack or unstable "Unstable angina with cardiogenic shock."
He was admitted to the hospital 3 yesterday morning after suffering heart problems and low blood pressure.
He said Mohd Ashraf Hafiz, 25, previously suffered depression after the application is filed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to change the name of the woman, was dismissed on July 18.
Mohd Ashraf Hafiz who hails from Seberang Takir, here, is seeking to change the name in MyKad to Aleesha Farhana Abdul Aziz after he transgender in Thailand two years ago.
