Presently we are in the fast moving digital world where loads of relevant
information is communicated thru the Internet

Some of this information is relevant in context of the rakyat expressing
their views / opinions / suggestions about the Malaysian Government without
receiving any feedback (1-way communication)

Research is being conducted to establish a two way communication for the
rakyat to share their views / opinions / suggestions and *receive feedback
from the government (2-way communication)
